SHINGO always stresses the importance of employees striking a balance between work and family lives. Therefore, family-friendly employment policies and practices are actively pursued to create an ideal working environment.
To enable staff to maintain a work-life balance, in addition to the general office policy, we also provide a considerate policy to meet employees’ needs, such as five-day work week, flexible working hours and places and festival leave. Besides, we encourage and support employees to do more exercises and to engage in different sports competitions and fundraising activities.
This year we are honoured to be awarded the “Family-Friendly Employer 2015/16” by the Family Council, which is a recognition to the performance of our family-friendly employment policies and practices.
