Line Balancing is an analytical technique that calculates the cycle time based on daily or hourly time yield calculation. It combines the identified and split processes into a station with the lowest possible pause or the highest availability. It attempts to allocate different types of processes to achieve a balance and minimize idle time and hence enabling configuration of an appropriate number of employees or processes in work stations.
Hong Kong Federation of Industry invited our consultant Mr. WONG Kin Wai, to hold the "Production Line Balancing" training courses, whose content includes production line balance analysis techniques, incremental utilization heuristic, longest-task-time heuristic, production line balance analysis exercises and case study.
As a result of the enthusiastic response, FHKI will hold the Shenzhen, Dongguan and Guangzhou. For more information, please contact us or visit FHKI website.
