Registration Notice

Terms and Conditions:

The personal data collected will be used for course application, registration, administration, research, statistics and market analysis and for the promotion of the company's latest developments, consultancy services, activities and training courses.
Personal data will be treated strictly and confidentially, and the company will not transfer personal data to third parties unless the participant agrees.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any participant to apply for any training under any circumstances and for any reason.
The training fee must be paid by cheque or credit number one week before the start date of the course, otherwise the registration will be invalid.
If the participant pays by cheque, it must be settled by the bank.
The training fee paid will not be refunded unless the company receives a written notice from the participant within five working days before the start of the course.
Participants are required to charge a fee of $200 hkd for the application for refund of the training fee.
Participants cannot convert other courses.
Participants may nominate others to attend the course in their own right, subject to the prior consent of the company.
Participants are not allowed to use any recording equipment to copy training content and processes during training.
The Company reserves the right to change the content of the instructor and/or course content, location, date and/or time of the course as needed.
The course is arranged in bad weather as follows:

A tropical cyclone number 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning signal is valid/scheduled for the following time or later:	Arrangements

12:00 noon	Suspend
Hanging during class	Temporarily terminate the class
Change the tropical cyclone warning signal No. 3 or below before 12:00 noon or change the red or yellow rainstorm warning signal	Suspend	Usual
The course from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Course from 2 pm to 5 pm. If you enroll in a two-day course, if the first day of class is closed, the next day's class will be cancelled.

All forms of training materials and materials obtained from the company are for the participants to learn and use. The intellectual property rights belong to the company or the tutor. Participants may not disclose in any way without the written consent of the company or the instructor, especially from the Internet or other media. Otherwise, the participants will bear all liability and legal consequences.
The company reserves the right to change the above Terms and Conditions.
